PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable automatic switching without letting a user notice it by installing a control signal transmitting function for switching mobile radio communication equipment to a stop/ordinary mode at the entrance/exit of facility/area to inhibit the use of that radio communication function, forcedly stopping that function when the mobile radio communication equipment enters the facility/zone and switching its function to the ordinary mode when that equipment leaves. SOLUTION: A control signal transmitting means 03 has a timing control part 05 for acquiring the information of entering/leaving to the facility such as medical facility or public facility and acquires the information of entering/leaving to the facility detected by an enter/leave monitor circuit 21. In the case of entering, a control signal A is transmitted from a control signal A transmission part 06 to mobile radio communication equipment 02 and the mobile radio communication equipment 02 acquires the control signal A through a control signal reception part 08 and a control signal analytic part 09 and stops its radio communication function by turning off a power supply switch 12. In the case of leaving, the ordinary mode is set by recovering the power supply switch 12 according to a control signal B transmitted from a control signal B transmission part 07. |
