The measurement system consists of a measurement value transmitter in the form of an encoder, a gear wheel or similar, which rotates with the part carrying out the rotational movement and a stationary measurement value pick-up. Which has a measuring coil with one or more permanent magnets with pole shoes and a measuring winding, in which by altering of the magnetic or stray field, guided across the pole shoes and the measurement value transmitter, a measurement signal is induced. The measuring winding (4) of the measurement coil (3) is arranged on a body (5), acting as a coil carrier and coil core. The body is made of magnetisable plastic and in which the pole shoes (6-9,6'-9') are embedded. The body (5) is subdivided in permanent magnetic areas (N,S) of differing polarity, which result by the magnetisation of the magnetisable plastic material.
