Oxide structure of small particles for use as ceramics for sensors

An oxide structure made up of small particles containing Fe and Sb and with high crush strength is produced by first preparing an aqueous slurry containing iron ions, nitrate ions and antimony tri-oxide and adjusting its pH to 0.5-3 measured at 40 deg C. The slurry is heated and spray dried and the resulting particles are calcined.
