PURPOSE:To obtain the subject enzyme having excellent temperature stability in high efficiency by culturing a facultative anaerobe capable of producing NADH oxidase and having optimum growth pH range in alkaline region and separating the enzyme from the cultured product. CONSTITUTION:The objective enzyme can be separated from a cultured product produced by culturing a facultative anaerobe capable of producing NADH oxidase and having optimum growth pH range in alkaline region [preferably EpO1 strain (FERM P-10096), etc.] in a medium. The cultivation is carried out preferably at 35-45 deg.C and pH8.5-10 for 5-20hr. |
