The outside air and circulating air inlets (20,26) are arranged in the sidewall (18,24) of the cylindrical housing (12) and axially offset from one another. The air outlet (AM) is in one of the transverse endwalls (28), with the closing drum (40) fitting positively into the housing. The outside air inlet (AE) is made up of several openings (20) which are spread equally at an angle in the housing sidewall (18). The wall (46) has equi-spaced angled openings (48) which, in the first angle setting of the closure, face solid sidewall parts between the openings but which face the openings in a second drum setting, and in so doing maximise the inlet section into the housing for the outside air.
