The electrical heating device (1) uses a current source (2) connected to the winding (4) of the electrical component applied to a metal carrier (3), for providing a DC signal with a superimposed AC signal. The DC signal may have a continuously regulated amplitude, the AC signal having a frequency which is variable between 0 and 30 kHz, with sinusoidal, triangular or rectangular waveform with a variable mark-space ratio.
