The valve has at least two connections and at least one closure member, which can be moved against valve seat by an electrical control component (26). The control component and the closure member are arranged in a casing (20), through which a heat transfer medium flows. The casing is composed of two parts whose abutting connecting edges (37) are inclined towards the movement direction of the closure member (25). The control component has connecting contacts (34,35) that penetrate the casing. One casing part (24) has recesses (30,31) for the connecting contacts and the other casing part (23) contains the valve seat (27). Support components (28,28a) are provided for fixture of the control component in the casing. The ends of the support component that face away from the control component are fitted on the casing inner side that has the valve seat or to the casing side opposite to this side.
