The invention relates to a device for the instillation of medicaments, in particular cytostatic agents in body cavities, in particular the bladder, by means of a catheter device, or for the injection of medicaments, in particular cytostatic agents, with a recess for a receptacle (10) containing the medicament, and a pump (1a) connected to the recess. Cytostatic agents are substances which check the growth of pathological cells, but also of normal cells. Such substances are therefore used for the chemotherapeutical treatment of tumours, but also for post-operational treatment after removal of a tumour. Cytostatic agents can come in liquid, powder or granular form, optionally also deep-frozen. As contamination with cytostatic agents, for example by skin contact, breathing or similar, is dangerous for healthy people, in particular people who handle devices of the above described type, these substances are regularly delivered in receptacles, in particular in vials, which are sealed with a rubber bung fastened by a metal flange (injection vials, perforation vials).
