PURPOSE:To provide an annular chromatography device capable of separating and collecting components accurately by sampling effluent liquid under air-tight from discharge ports at the bottom of an annular filler part which is annularly filled with filler. CONSTITUTION:A liquid feeding pipe to be separated (raw material path 62 and raw material feed pipe 65) are moved and an annular filter part 34 is fixed so as to fix the liquid feeding pipe to be separated of a conventional device. By this, it is maintained in the same relation relatively to a system in which the annular filler part can be rotated, and exits 68 at the lower part of the annular filler part 34 is connected to discharge paths 117 of the number of separating components +1 (for eluent) through a valve 119. Then the specified discharge paths 117 can be always selected by a valve changeover control means according to the annular movement position of the liquid feeding pipe to be separated. Thus the components can be accurately separated to and collected from the specified discharge paths, and air tightness can be maintained when effluent liquid is sampled. |
