Binding strips with auxiliary holes

The binding strips (1.0) have extra holes (1.3, 1.4) near the fixing holes (1.1, 1.2), into which the projecting metal tongues (1.5) can be fitted. One of the two projecting metal tongues may be widened and may have a boring. The other one is made narrower, so that it can be inserted in the opposite boring. The free intermediate surfaces (1.6) can be used for advertising purposes.
