Bispectral photoconductive detector

The two spectrum architecture has an upper active layer (D1) stacked on top of a lower active layer (D2) and separated by a read contact layer (Cc). The upper section has a command contact surface (C1) and the lower section has a command contact surface (C2). The command voltage is sucessively changed to produce the two wavelength detectors.
