<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a web-clamping frame that can clamp a variety of woven or knitted fabrics with pressures suitable for individual fabrics, as these woven or knitted fabrics made of different kinds of yarns are surely bitten by the clamping segments by allowing a specific pressing means to act on the clamping frame segments. SOLUTION: The clamping frame 1 is composed of a supporting frame 3, and a plurality of clamping segments 5 which are held by frame-clamping member 4 and has a flat plate shape. A guide 7 is fitted to the guide slit 6 of the clamping segment 5 and the amount of compressed air fed to the flexible hose element 8 is altered to control the pressing force of the clamping frame segments 5.</p> |
