PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hasten the drying of a printed aqueous ink and enhance the manufacturing efficiently of an article, which is printed with the aqueous ink by a method wherein an ink removing part, which removes some part of a printed ink from the article by bringing an abutting surface having an oil film formed thereon at all times into contact with the printed portion of the article, is provided. SOLUTION: At a screen printing part 24, the excess in an aqueous ink printed on a foodstuff stock M is suckingly removed by an oil film on the surface of an adsorbing roller. Thus, by removing the excess in the aqueous ink printed on the foodstuff stock M as mentioned above, the aqueous ink dries quickly, resulting in allowing to immediately start the next forming and bean curd frying processes of the like. Accordingly, the manufacturing efficiently of an article printed with the aqueous ink can be enhanced. In addition, the aqueous ink can be prevented from adhering to a forming device in a next process and the frying oil in a fryer from being stained by the aqueous ink or the like. |
