PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold easily a well-shaped spherical concrete block by forming a form with a stationary from, a lower form, and an upper mold frame, and allowing the spherical surface of the lower form and the spherical surface of the upper form to be in the same spherical surface in reference to the stationary form. SOLUTION: The upper mold frame main body 62 comes into the stationary form 21 from its upside, and then is lowered into the molding position from a waiting position where the spherical surface of the upper form main body 62 is put on the spherical surface of the stationary form 21. A table vibration mechanism 55 is actuated prior to lowering completion of the upper form main body 62 onto the molding position, and a hydraulic cylinder 54 is actuated to contract the rod 54a after the form main body 62 is lowered onto the molding position; then the lower form main body 42 is raised from the concrete placing position to the molding position. The spherical surface of each form main body 42, 62 is put in the same spherical surface, thus molding a well-shaped concrete block B. |
