PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a perfect treatment operation method keeping conventional treatment capacity. SOLUTION: Drug waste, a matter to be treated, is put in an autoclave and the lid is tightly closed. Then pressurized steam is injected into the autoclave and the autoclave is pressurized and the temperature is elevated. After a prescribed time, the pressure in the autoclave is reduced. Pressurized steam is injected again, and the autoclave is pressurized and temperature is elevated. The process of pressurizing by pressurized steam and depressurizing is alternatively repeated for plural times. Installation of a vacuum pump is not required to reduce cost of equipment. |
