PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture of starch food for medical use capable of manufacturing delicious starch food by improving the problem of the taste and texture of the starch food for the medical use. SOLUTION: Glutinous corn starch is mixed to starch in which flour starch and corn starch are mixed within the range of 2%-5% by weight, water is added to the mixed starch and it is kneaded and turned to a matter in a starch paste shape. The matter of the starch paste shape is heated and pressurized in a screw type kneading device 50 until reaching 100 deg.C-150 deg.C, and then, formed in an appropriate shape. |
