<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a bent long material which is bent in a three- dimensional direction in a continuous seamless state over the whole length of a raw material by bending a bent columnar body re-overlaid in a overlaying direction of each bent board. SOLUTION: A bent columnar body 6 is divided in a predetermined thickness from the direction shifted by 90 degrees from a diving direction of a dividing plate to form bent boards 5 of the same shapes in order. Each board 5, 5... is overlaid to an original bent columnar body shape in the state where an adhesive is respectively applied between each board 5, 5.... The adhesive used in this case is the same kinds as the adhesive used in the divided board overlaying process. Next, the bent columnar body 6 is bent in a predetermined shape in a overlaying direction of the bent boards 5, 5... by a bending machine. The bent columnar body 6 is bent in a three-dimensional direction by this bending work.</p> |
