摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intracorporeal prosthesis by which an hollow organ supported by means of the intracorporeal prosthesis is protected so as not to be damaged. SOLUTION: The in-body prosthesis which supports the hollow organ of an organism from an inside is provided with a flexible tube-shaped mesh structure body 2 having an opening end 4 and an elastic tube-shaped cover part 6 and the mesh structure body is formed by mesh strings which consist of arrayal space wrapped by a mesh material 10 and are extended in a peripheral direction. In the area of the opening end of the mesh structure body, a covering part is provided with an embedding part 14 for wrapping at least a part of the mesh structure body and a projecting part 16 which is adjacent to the embedding part and by which the upper part of the opening end 4 is projected. When the intracorporeal prosthesis is moved inside the hollow organ especially by the vermiculation of the hollow organ or by removing the intracorporeal prosthesis from the hollow organ, this means protects the hollow organ from a sharp end part projected from the opening end or a sharp blade-shaped part.
