PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove impurities on a reflecting plate while avoiding the increase in cost, and improve the reflecting efficiency by cleaning the reflecting surface of the reflecting plate by a rotating drive source by use of a cleaning tool such as brush according to plural kinds of operation modes outputted by a microcomputer. SOLUTION: A wiping arm rotating motor 3 arranged in a body 1 integrated with a support body 26 constituting a solar battery module to constitute a columnar line-of-sight guide mark rotates a wiping arm 6 connected to a boss 5 on the tip of a shaft 4 through a gear mechanism 9. The wiping arm 6 has a brush 8 provided so as to make contact with a reflecting plate surface. A microcomputer formed on a microcomputer base 11 is arranged within the body 1. A snow sensor 14 senses the snowing and non-snowing states by the fluctuation of a hood 13, and the microcomputer is reacted with ON/OFF of the snow sensor 14 and switched to two kinds of operation modes, and the wiping arm 6 is rotated to clean the reflecting surface of the reflecting plate by the brush 8. |
