PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a stepped part in a hole reaching an insert component, without impairing the insert component being fragile particularly SOLUTION: In this manufacture, a half-mirror (semi-transparent mirror) 43 is disposed at a prescribed position in a cavity 59, the fore ends of pins 61a and 61b are brought into contact with the semi-transparent mirror 43 and a pin 63 having a smaller cross-sectional area than the ones of the pins 61a and 61b is made to project into the cavity 59, in parallel with the pins 61a and 61b, so as to form a small hole 51 being smaller than a horizontal hole 39. Resin being filled in the cavity 59, a punching part 67 wherein the small hole 51 of the main body 3 of a molded article is formed is punched by a punch after the resin filled in the cavity 59 is set, and the part is made to drop into the hole 39. Thereby a stepped part is formed in the circumference of the opening of the small hole. |
