PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of tire vulcanizing treatment by preliminarily storing the reference control program of the operation from a green tire to a vulcanized tire and correcting a reference program on the basis of the detection value of a tire to be vulcanized and automatically obtaining a control program. SOLUTION: The control program setting device 1 of a tire vulcanizing machine has an ROM 54 storing the reference control program of the operation of the vulcanizing machine and a detection part 2 detecting the width of a green tire during the operation of a loader related to vulcanizing treatment. Further, a detection part 3 for the thickness of a lower mold and a CPU 53 correcting and operating each set data of the reference control program read from the ROM 54 by using the detection values from these detection parts 2, 3 are provided. The setting device 1 starts the operation of vulcanizing treatment after the mold corresponding to a novel tire is attached to a press. The width of the tire and the thickness of the lower mold are detected to correct the reference control program and the control program of the objective tire is formed immediately. Automatic operation is performed according to this control program. |
