PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove excess materials in the insertion direction of a fork lift with a strong bending rigidity, and reduce the weight by a method wherein at least one of a fork lift insertion part, each partitioning wall beam of an end beam part or an intermediate beam part, and both end beams, are formed into a hollow structure. SOLUTION: A fork insertion part 1, respective partitioning wall beams 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e of an end beam part 2 or an intermediate beam part 3, and the beams of both end beams 5a, 5f are made thicker compared with a conventional one, and a hollow structure is formed by injecting a gas. For the injection of the gas, the cavity part or the sprue runner part of a die, a pin for the gas injection is fitted, and right before a molten resin is cooled and solidified, an inert gas of a high pressure is injected, and by this method, the thicker part of a molded article is made hollow. By performing a molding while fitting gas injection pins along each beam with proper intervals, a large number of individually independent hollow structures 6 are formed, and by doing so, the weight of this two way insertion pallet is reduced. |
