PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose spent cards and prevent a card management company from being suffered from damage by providing a card recovery means which incorporates and stores the game cards in the card dispenser, when no card remainder is left in the game card inserted into a card insertion port of the card dispenser. SOLUTION: A card dispenser 20 is provided with a card insertion port 22 opened in the bottom of the front face, a card intake switch 23 and a card return switch 24 are provided, and a display part 32 for informing the card processing state is provided in the top of the front face. A card carrier means 40 constituted of a carrier belt is provided in the rear, and a card information read device 50 which carries the card to its other end, when the card remainder is spent, arranges and incorporates the spent cards, and reads the recorded information one after another is provided. The read information is stored in a memory of a game machine island terminal device 61, the spent card taken out therefrom is further carried, and a cutter 70 for cutting the spent card into pieces and a spent box 75 for throwing them are provided in its destination. |
