PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-performance resin composition which can give moldings having a good metallic appearance, high heat resistance, high impact strength and excellent flame retardancy by mixing a maleimide copolymer with a vinyl copolymer a graft polymer and aluminum particles having a specified average particle diameter. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 5-50 pts.wt. maleimide polymer (A) comprising 40-80wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer, 20-60wt.% unsaturated dicarboxylic acid imide derivative and 0-20wt.% vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith, 0-50 pts.wt. vinyl copolymer (B) comprising 60-80wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer, 20-40wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer and 0-20wt.% vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith, 20-50pts.wt. graft polymer (C) prepared by grafting an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and a vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith onto 35-65 pts.wt. rubber-like polymer and 0.1-2 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. total of components A to C, aluminum particles (D) having an average particle diameter of 20-80μm.
