Title cpds. are of formula (I): (where R3 = 2-5 C alkylthio or alkyl-sulphinyl or 1-5 C alkyl-sulphonyl or 3-4 C alklenyl-thio; R1 = 1-6 C alkyl, allyl or 2-Me-allyl; R2 = 2-3 C alkyl, allyl, 2-Me-allyl or prop-2-ynyl, with total C atoms in R5 + R6 = 4-9. Prepn. is e.g. by reaction of 3-substd. -1,2,4-triazoles or their Na salts with carbamoyl halides.
