PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable extraction of more delicious and hotter coffee by good quality water and reduce boiling down at keeping warmth and improve operability of a hot water storing type coffee extracting device for business use. SOLUTION: A steam part temperature detection device 60 is provided in a steam room 29, a microcomputer control device 65 I provided in the main body 1, and they are connected to a display panel 66. The water in a container 19 heated by a container heater 4 is changed into steam to enter the steam room 29, the steam part temperature detection device 60 detects the tendency of temperature increase of the steam to drive the microcomputer control device 65 to prevent unforesee able pouring out of hot water from a nozzle 13. The temperature of the water in the container 19 is made to reach 100 deg.C, and during boiling or appropriate temperature of the hot water is displayed at the display panel 66 in order to supply hotter coffee timely. |
