摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent movement of diffusion preventing agent particle by evacuating an inside of an assembly of a blade after pre-burning of diffusion preventing agent and before static constant pressure diffusion welding work, and carrying out heating gradually to a prescribed temperature by speed for obtaining permanent plastic deformation of parts, in an auxiliary step. SOLUTION: For completely preventing contamination on a contact surface at the time of high temperature work, heating is carried out while circulating neutral gas into an assembly 14 of a blade, heat deterioration is carried out, and evaporative element of diffusion preventing agent is deteriorated and eliminated. After deterioration is completed, generated gas is delivered, and neutral gas is stopped. In an auxiliary step, the assembly 14 inner part of the blade is evacuated continuously to a pretreatment in a furnace without moving the assembly 14 of the blade, and a temperature is increased to a prescribed temperature with speed for obtaining permanent plastic deformation. The facing on a center plate is fixed, and compression of diffusion preventing agent particle, and pre-welding and joining in a region of parts on which the diffusion preventing agent is not coated, are generated.
