摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent dishonesty by using a weak radioactive material for radiating radiation and collapsing with the lapse of time corresponding to a prescribed collapse constant, storing measurement time and the discharge expected number of the radiation for obtaining a maximum probability on Poisson distribution, comparing a measured numerical value with the expected number and outputting winning signals when they match. SOLUTION: The extremely fine amount of α rays harmless to a human body radiated from a radiation capsule 30 is detected by a detector 11 and sent to a measurement device 21. The measurement device 21 performs measurement by the measurement time set by a timer 22 and performs distribution to the respective sections R1 -R3 of a register 23 by a changeover switch 25. Then, the value of the register 23 and the expected number for supplying the maximum probability on the Poisson distribution of a storage memory 32 are compared in comparator circuits 33-35. When all the compared results are positive, one driving pulse is outputted to a driving circuit 37 and the numeral of winning or the like is displayed at a display device 6. In such a manner, natural collapse incapable of preparing the two same ones is utilized and the dishonesty is surely prevented.
