PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject material excellent in spectral absorption and warmth-keeping by making a cloth constituted by blending fiber including carbon black and making its triboelectric charge voltage not higher than a prescribed value. SOLUTION: Fiber including desirably about 2 to 20% carbon black (desirably carbon black particles of a lowest spectral reflectance in a near infrared region and furthermore desirably <=0.05μ carbon black particles) per the fiber (weight) is mixed desirably about 2 to 20% to constitute the cloth and the triboelectric charge voltage of the cloth at the time of measuring based on JISL-1094 is made >=3kv to obtain the desired material.
