PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium concealed so that a non-exposed face of an IC module cannot be visually recognized, by providing the module with less influence to original function of an optical recording medium which can be manufactured with high efficiency. SOLUTION: In the information recording medium comprising a transparent board, an optical recording layer and a protective layer sequentially provided in this order and an IC module 7 embedded so that one surface of the module 7 is exposed at the protective layer side, a surface cured layer is provided on a surface of the board to be emitted with an optical beam to reproduce information recorded on the recording layer or to reproduce information recorded on the recording layer and record information on the recording layer, and further a concealing layer 8 is provided on an area corresponding to a back surface side of the module 7 on an outer surface of the cured layer. |
