PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a vehicular floor trim that is able to secure sufficient soundproofing and vibro-isolating capacities after being favorably fitted on a floor panel, whereas a nonwoven fabric consisting of a synthetic fiber as insulator material as well as to be good enough even in the treading test results. SOLUTION: According to this forming method, a nonwoven fabric 10 consisting of a synthetic fiber is preformed so as to grow accustomed to a regular forming block, after using a preforming block consisting of a male mold 4 formed with a section nearly trapezoidal upper projection 2, projecting downward, having an upper gentle incline 2b, and a female mold 8 provided with a section nearly trapezoidal lower projection 5 projecting upward, and each lower gentle incline 7 at both sides of this lower projections 5. |
