PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam emission type laminate shaping device for improving the utility of laser beam reflected by a mask. SOLUTION: Laser beam is emitted to a curable substance such as resin- coated sand which is cured when the laser beam is emitted across a mask 30 to form a laminate-shaped article on a laser beam emission type laminate shaping device. A reflection case 2 for reflecting again in the laser beam reflected by the mask 30 and emitting the laser beam to the curable substance such as the resin coated sand is provided. A far infrared ray heater can be provided combinedly.
