PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a package and a lid from moving at the time of joining and also to enable packages and lids of various sizes and shapes to be easily dealt with. SOLUTION: The equipment is constituted of a turntable 1 that rotates intermittently, plural deviation preventing members 2 that are equipped with an opening for inserting a package and that are installed freely attachably/ detachably in the turntable, a package feeding mechanism 7 for supplying one each package to the opening, a lid feeding mechanism 8 for placing the lid on the package, a positioning mechanism 9 for aligning the package and the lid, a mechanism for tack-welding the package and the lid so aligned, a first seam welding mechanism 11 for joining the two arbitrary oppositely-facing sides of the lid, a second seam welding mechanism 12 for joining other two arbitrary oppositely-facing sides of the lid, and a mechanism 13 for discharging the seam-welded package and lid from the turntable. |
