PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent right and left output shafts from being elongated, to provide excellent vehicle loading performance, to reduce the number of parts, to reduce the size and the weight, to provide compatibility to a conventional device, to easily adjust and set bypass torque, to improve control precision, to provide excellent durability and reliability, and to generate sufficient differential limiting torque with good responsiveness. SOLUTION: A first gear 63 is fixed to either a of right output shaft or a left output shaft from a differential limiting mechanism part provided with a differential limiting multiple disc clutch 59, and second and third gears 65, 66 are fixed to the other output shaft.
