PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardant spunbonded nonwoven fabric for lamination onto a wallpaper backing paper in order to impart excellent flame retardance and strength and further a soft touch feeling of a nonwoven fabric to the right side. SOLUTION: This flame retardant spunbonded nonwoven fabric is a flame retardant nonwoven fabric, used by bonding thereof to a flame retardant wallpaper backing paper and providing a flame retardant nonwoven fabric wallpaper and containing a flame retardant. The spunbonded nonwoven fabric has 10-40μm continuous filament diameter and 40-150g/m<2> METSUKE (mass per unit area) and contains diguanidine phosphate in an amount of 15-25wt.%, based on the weight of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric and expressed in terms of solid matter.
