PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive weather strip by improving appearance and sealing performance. SOLUTION: A weather stipe is attached to a flange F of a door opening peripheral edge and provided with a hollow seal part 5 to be brought in contact with a door D in closing. A seal lip 6 of a soft elastic material is projectingly provided on the vehicle outer side wall 3 of a welt part 2 having the approximately U-shaped section, to be pinched by the flange F so as to be brought in contact with an outer panel 8 of a vehicle body, and a cover lip 7 of a soft elastic material is projectingly provided on the vehicle inner side wall 4 of the welt part 2 so as to be brought in contact with an inner panel 9 of the vehicle body.
