PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fundamentally treat diseases caused by AIDS and general retroviruses, bacterial infections and malignant tumors by directly utilizing or culture-utilizing unmature cells and teratoma cells which are naturally selected. SOLUTION: This treating method is carried out by utilization of IgE immunity, particularly utilization of endothymus unmature cells and utilization of outsider teratoma cells of didactic helper T-cells and the culture-processing utilization or utilizations of unmature bone marrow B-cells and unmature cells and teratoma of other cells and the cultureprocessing utilization. For example, utilizations of cultured human entropy ceils as vaccines and medicines and for high treatment are illustrated. The cultured entropy cells are obtained by culturing helper T-cells tolerant for homologous predominant normal cells or normal tissue cells under retaining protective functions such as attack and order for retroviruses which are parts of original order function of helper T-cells without receiving reverse transcription of retroviruses. |
