MOLDED PRODUCT OF PAPER-METAL COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND ITS MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart electromagnetic shield function and to facilitate the printing to a surface by bonding a resin layer to a composite material to arrange the paper layer of the composite material at least in an exposed state. SOLUTION: An ABS resin is stored in a molten resin supply means 3 in a molten state to be supplied to a resin injection means 4. This molten resin is pressurized by a plunger 4a to be sent into a cavity C from a resin injection gate 1c through a resin injection pipe 4b. A composite material 11 is formed by providing paper layers to both surfaces of a metal layer by an adhesive and preset so as to follow the surface shape of a male mold 1b by press processing before set to a mold 1. For example, the metal layer is composed of a ferromagnetic material having a thickness of 25-80μm or iron having conductivity and the paper layer has a wt. of 20-310g/m<2> . The resin layer is composed of a thermoplastic resin and formed by an ABS resin having compatibility with respect to the surface of paper.
