摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the solid strength by solidifying a metallic oxide such as Ni or Cr or a powder such as its mineral with an aluminum residual ash and water as a binder. SOLUTION: This solid material of a powder is obtained by solidifying a powder with an aluminum ash and water as a binder. The solid material is prepared by mixing the powder, selected from the aluminum residual ash which is a slag, floated an produced onto a surface layer part of a molten aluminum at the time of electrolytic refining and dissolving metallic aluminum, consisting essentially of alumina, containing 10-50wt.% metallic Al, 5-50wt.% Al N and 20-60wt.% Al2 O3 and having <=2mm maximum grain diameter and 0.01-0.2mm average grain diameter and a metallic oxide such as Ni, Cr, Mn, Co, Fe or Mo or its mineral and/or a reducing agent composed of a silicon compound such as ferrosilicon, metallic silicon or silicon carbide and/or a carbonaceous reducing agent such as coke or coal and having <=5mm grain diameter with water and forming the resultant mixture into the solid material.</p>
