PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform the rising of a biological filter part, to shorten the rising period of a circulating warm bath apparatus performing biological filtering and to enhance the filtering efficiency of bath water. SOLUTION: A flocculant 55 wherein a flocculating material is supported with cellulose by wax is housed in a secondary filter part 8 performing biological filtering along with a filter material consisting of porous ceramic 57 and carbon ceramic 56. By this constitution, a turbidity component is flocculated by slowly performing the sustained release of the flocculating material at a time of the rising of a circulating warm bath apparatus to make physical filtering predominant and the propagation of purifying bacteria are smoothly performed by reducing the load of the secondary filter part 8 performing biological filtering and the rising period of the circulating warm bath device is shortened by smoothing the rising of the secondary filter part 8 to enhance the filtering efficiency of bath water.
