PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mobile region of shoulder joints and to enable stretching the shoulder joints and muscles around shoulders by fitting eccentric mechanism to a shoulder joint rotating instrument. SOLUTION: A rotary arm D with a counter balance 9 is fitted to a support 2 erected in a base stand 1, the grip 7 of the rotary arm D is gripped and rotated and the rotation movement of the sholder joints is executed in the instrument. The instrument is provided with eccentric mechanism where an eccentric guide plate 3 is assembled between the support 2 and the rotary arm D and the rotary radius of the rotary arm D becomes larger in an upper part as a guide projection fitted to the shaft core slide part 6 of the rotary arm D is rotated and moved inside the guide groove 4 of the eccentric guide plate 3. A height adjustment possible chair 10 is made to be suitable for the mobile area of the height and the shoulder joints of a user by vertically adjusting the interval with the support 2. |
