A take-up device moves along an axis so that the take-up device can move relative to the feed device. A force measuring device is disposed on the feed device. An elastic element is disposed between the force measuring device and the take-up device so that the elastic element is deformed when a relative motion takes place between the force measuring device and the take-up device.
