FIELD: loose-leaf binders, desk-calendars, note books. SUBSTANCE: device has cover, base 2 secured rigidly in middle part of cover, paper holder 3 hinged to base 2 and made as figure which represents cramps 5 and 6 positioned in parallel planes and coupled by connecting element 7. Device also has retainers of paper holder 3. Device is also provided with tightening member 11 which secured rigidly on rear part 10 of cover and hinged to paper holder 3. Retainers have two pairs of spring ends 12 and 3. One pair is designed to lock holder in initial position and the other, for fixing tightening member 11 in initial position.
