FIELD: composite materials. SUBSTANCE: invention gives special attention to equipment for preparing and processing rubbers and other polymer-rubber compositions into semiproducts and final products. Apparatus contains, installed in process direction and successively interconnected, mixer and worm press. Mixer has mechanism for loading initial components in its top part and mixture discharge mechanism in its bottom part. The latter coincides with loading passage of the worm press and is shaped as hollow cylinder with window. Cylinder is mounted in counterbores of the casing of mixer to be capable of closing discharge opening and covers a part of the worm of worm press. Cylinder is provided with its revolution drive. EFFECT: retained high quality of products even when processing low-fluidity compositions; decreased dimensions of apparatus; and reduced metal usage. 3 dwgt
