LOADING-UNLOADING INSTALLATION

摘要

FIELD: metal-cutting machines. SUBSTANCE: installation has cylindrical drum 3 with seats 4 for parts 19, drum rotating drive 5, trays 8 and 9 for delivery and removal of parts. Drum is made as bowl which accommodates grinding wheel 2 positioned eccentrically at distance L and capable of moving. Shield 10 coupled to open face of bowl is positioned on grinding wheel head. Deflectors 11 are installed on inner surface of bowl behind every seat. Hole 12 for entry of cutting fluid feed nozzle is made in shield. Nozzle may be if segment shape to satisfy grinding wheel condition. Hole in shield for entry of nozzle is positioned on opposite side of grinding wheel relative to nozzle. Drum is provided with fixed casing with airtight windows for instrumentation and operating zone servicing instruments. EFFECT: reliable ecological protection of operating zone and safety of attending personnel; compact design. 4 cl, 3 dwg
