FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying electric puncture diagnostic. Ten points located on forearm are investigated. Measurements are taken to begin with electric biopotential at the points under empty container condition. Initial potential value is produced by summarizing the data. Then allergens under investigation are placed into the container and test is carried out. Testing being over, potential is measured once more. Constant value of the initial potential is derived as mean value between the initial and final potential values. Sensitivity index is calculated for each allergen.
