The present invention provides a producing method of a baked confectionery used for an ice and a producing method of an ice product using the baked confectionery. The producing method of a baked confectionery for an ice according to the present invention is characterized by: mixing a dough of a baked confectionery comprising strong flour with from 0.5 % to 10.0 %, preferably 0.5 % to 5.0 %, by weight of avicel. The ice product of the ice product according to the present invention uses the baked confectionery produced in the above method.
