A method for installing plastic liners (6,10) in pipes (2) is provided, said method including the steps of providing a cylindrical first and second tubular liner of plastic material of pre-given diameters, ribs (14) extending radially between said liners, deforming or collapsing the first and the second liner to reduced overall diameters, introducing the first liner into the pipe, introducing the liner into the first liner and restoring the cylindrical shapes of said liners in the pipe. The invention further provides for a respective tubular liner arrangement having first and second cylindrical tubular liners of plastic material and a rib structure extending radially between the inner surface and the outer surface of the first and second liner, respectively. <IMAGE> |
