<p>The low table (1) has a base (2) and a top (8) which can be moved between a low position, on the base, and a high position. The plate is joined to the base by two pairs of rods (9,10) which are articulated to the base (13a,14a) and the top (13b,14b) and form a deformable parallelogram. Elastic straps (11) are fixed to the base by one end and their other end is fixed to the rods, near their upper ends (9b,10b). They move the top permanently towards its high position. A stop (17) on the base holds one rod (9) in its vertical position.</p> |
