PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for efficiently and continuously produce film packaged square soybean curd. SOLUTION: Bobbin-wound gusset bags 1 made of synthetic resins are properly drawn out and are formed as the continuous bags respectively provided with sealing lines (a) for closing the transverse direction with respect to the end faces constituting the base parts, sealing lines (b) heading toward both right and left side end edges to an inverted shape from these sealing line (a) and sealing lines (c) of about 2 to 3mm-wide intervals from both right and left end edges. The adjacent parts at the sealing line (a) points of the constitution are cut to put the gusset bags 1 to an upright state. Soybean milk is packed into these bags from above and the front surface parts are sealed. The soybean milk is thereafter, subjected to boiling and cooling treatments, by which the soybean curd is produced. |
